Southeast Airlines' Final Landing

Wednesday December 1, 2004
Largo-based Southeast Airlines, a low-cost carrier flying primarily between Florida and the Northeast, announced yesterday that it had closed. A message on the company's Web site reads in part, "Southeast Airlines has made its final landing and has ceased airline operations." The airline flew from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. Customers holding tickets are encouraged to contact their credit card companies for information on refunds.
