CLANG, CLANG, CLANG GOES THE TROLLEY

When I stepped aboard one of Tampa's new streetcars , I couldn't help but think the conductors had stepped right out of a history book! Great casting! They could all pass as barbershop quartet members on Main Street U.S.A. at Disney.

The 2.3-mile route stretches from the Tampa Convention Center to the historic Centro Ybor. The route isn't the most scenic, but you'll spend most of your time admiring the well-appointed car and watching the conductor operate the controls anyway.
