SeaWorld's Bud & BBQ Fest

     Dale Earnhardt Jr. took a break from practice at the Daytona 500 to check out the specs on a Shamu Cruiser with SeaWorld Orlando employee Tony Moore. This weekend — March 5 & 6 — racing fans will get the chance to check out top speed machines including the No. 8 Budweiser car driven by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., the Daytona 500 Pace Car and more at SeaWorld Orlando's Bud & BBQ Fest.
     The grill is hot, the music is even hotter and ice-cold Anheuser-Busch products will be on tap for a toe-tapping, boot-scoot'n down-home-country good time. The high-octaine entertainment lineup includes:

• Saturday, March 5 - Craig Morgan and Billy Dean (2 p.m.) and Trick Pony (6 p.m.), 2004 CMA nominee for "Vocal Group of the Year."\
• Sunday, March 6 - Shelly Fairchild (2 p.m.) and Diamond Rio (6 p.m.), six-time "Vocal Group of the Year" collectively from the CMA and CMT and 25 Top Ten country hits.

     SeaWorld chefs have come up with down-home recipes from all over the south to create a smorgasbord of tantalizing, a la carte barbecue selections including "Georgia-style" peach and pecan barbecue chicken, "Texas-style" beef short ribs, "Floribbean-style" barbecue salmon, barbequed baby back ribs, spare ribs and more.
     All the festivities are included in the regular price of admission. Also available now is the Fun Card that allows unlimited SeaWorld admissions throughout 2005, with no blackout dates.
