Corn Maze

Tuesday October 4, 2005
If you're stalking around Central Florida looking for something a-maz-ingly fun, you'll want to drop by Long & Scott Farm in Zellwood. There you can explore a life-sized maze of maize, take a hayride tour of the farm and enjoy a family picnic. There's even a "Mini Maze" for the little ones.
You have a limited time to visit because Scott's "American Revolution" themed corn maze will be plowed under after November 28. Until then it will be open Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Admission to the maze is $8.00 for adults (17 & up), youth (4-16) $6.00 and children under 4 admitted free. Tuesday through Thursday is reserved for groups of 20 or more and must call for special scheduling and discounts. The one-hour farm tour by hayride is available to groups only. The 30-minute hayride is $4.00 per person at 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (reservations suggested). The last "maze" ticket is sold two hours before closing time.
