After a 16-month layoff, Tampa Bay celebrated the return of NHL action Wednesday night with the Lightning scoring a 5-2 victory over Carolina at the St. Pete Times Forum (pictured here). The 2004 Stanley Cup champions unveiled a huge banner to mark the occasion during a pre-game ceremony, which seems fitting because the city the Bolts call home,
Tampa, seems to be having a banner award-winning decade, not just in sports.
