Marvelous March

Two of Florida's most popular events kick off this week — the Florida Strawberry Festival and Bike Week — but there are many other marvelous March events, including...

• Mardi Gras 2007 continues every Saturday in March at Universal Studios Orlando.
• The New York Yankees kick off Spring Training 2007 with a matchup against the Minnesota Twins, Thursday, March 1 and the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday, March 3. Both games will be held at their spring training headquarters — Legends Field in Tampa.
• The Atlanta Braves return to Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex for Spring Training 2007. Their pre-season play begins tomorrow (February 28) with an exhibition game against Georgia Tech and then continues every day for the rest of the week with matchups against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Houston Astros. You can catch the action at 1:05 each day.
• Get up-close and personal with world-class athletes and ESPN's most recongnizable television and radio personalities at Disney's ESPN The Weekend at Disney MGM-Studios this weekend, March 2-4 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
