American Sandsculpting Championship Festival

Friday November 2, 2007
Once a year, when the artists participating in the American Sandsculpting Championship Festival hit the beach, Fort Myers Beach makes a spectacular transformation. With only the beach as their canvas, ordinary sand and water are turned into beautiful works of art. In its twenty-first year, the annual sand-sational competition will begin Wednesday, November 7 and continue through the weekend, ending Sunday, November 11.

Beachside spectators can save up to 40% with SunStream Hotels & Resorts' SunSaver rates (ranging from $95 to $225 per night):

Sandsculpting enthusiasts can enjoy rates from $105/night at The Outrigger Beach Resort - Where much of the action is!.

Tag along with former Information Technology Guide, DC Stultz, as he combines sun, sand, and shopping for some picture perfect R&R in Fort Myers Beach.
