Florida's Summer Camps

Tuesday May 19, 2009
Lowry Park Zoo Kids Campers with GiraffeIt's only a couple of weeks until school will be out and soon after that the kids will be complaining that they're bored, so there is still time to register them for summer camp. Of course, gone are the days of summer camp being limited to a few days "roughing it" in wilderness-style dorms. When school is out, camps across Florida fling open their doors to nearly every adventure imaginable. Instead of swimming, canoeing, volleyball and campfire sing-a-longs, many kids are undertaking adventures of a different sort, and some are in the most unlikely places... like your favorite theme parks! Check out these featured camps that are some of the most unique and interesting and located throughout Florida.
