Did you know that annually more than 30 tons of fruits and vegetables grown at The Land pavilion at Epcot are served in Disney World restaurants? Many, like the Mickey Cucumber Salad pictured here that is served at The Land's Garden Grill restaurant, are unique to Disney.
You can get a peek at what fruits and vegetables Disney grows by taking the "Living With the Land" tour within The Land pavilion. The narrated journey by boat visits four greenhouses with crops from around the world and even an aquaculture facility.
If you'll be at Disney World over the holidays, these resort hotel restaurants will be serving a traditional Christmas dinner; or, if you don't want to miss any of the action, make plans to dine in the theme parks on Christmas instead.
