Beware of Florida's Red Light Cameras

So, you've been on vacation in Florida; and, like one of my Canadian readers, David, you suddenly find a souvenir in your mailbox that you never expected — a ticket for running a red light. If you're from out of state, it is likely you don't remember running the red light and don't even know the intersection by name or its location. If this has happened to you, it will cost you $158. If you are planning a trip to Florida, beware of Florida's red light cameras and avoid getting a surprise in your mailbox upon your return home.
