Statistics show that travelers visited Florida in numbers higher than 2011; but, considering gasoline prices and airline fares and fees, it isn't surprising that travelers are having to plan more carefully than ever to stay on budget. Some of you may have coped by settling on shorter vacations or choosing less expensive locations... or perhaps not splurging on expensive souvenirs and meals. Of course, those that made Florida their vacation destination in 2012 were treated to award-winning beaches and thrilling new theme park rides and water parks.
