Upper East Side Miami Hosts Traditional 4th of July
The public is invited to share in the Upper Eastside's patriotic spirit! This FREE event held at the American Legion Harvey Seeds Post 29, 7th Avenue & Legion Park at N.E. 64th Street, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.. There will be plenty of free rides for kids, savory food and cool beverages at nominal prices. The Boy Scouts hotdog and hamburger grill will begin at 4:30 p.m. and the Legion's famous 4th of July barbecue ribs and chicken dinner begins at 6:45 p.m. The highlight of the celebration starts at 8:45 p.m. with patriotic music and spectacular fireworks on Biscayne Bay. Lots of free parking is available.
