Strolling down the streets of restored downtown Cocoa, Florida, you will see a number of homes and buildings on the National Historic Register – some of them dating back to the 1880s. Cocoa Village is a growing, evolving community where you can take a step back into time as you explore antique stores housed in historic buildings, eat an old fashioned ice cream cone, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in a Victorian-style coffee house.

Local Jazz and Classical musical groups entertain the crowds, holiday celebrations include a New Orleans-style Mardi Gras, and five art & craft shows are scheduled annually.
