The Atlanta Braves’ 2004 spring training schedule features 16 home games against 12 Major League Baseball teams at Disney’s Wide World of Sports complex in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The Braves are entering their sixth season of spring training baseball at the 200-acre sports complex at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando. The National League East Division Atlanta Braves will open their 2004 spring schedule with an exhibition against the University of Georgia on March 3. The first home game against a major league opponent is March 4 against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tickets for the Braves’ home spring training games went on sale earlier this month at the Disney’s Wide World of Sports box office and through Ticketmaster at 407/839-3900. For the first time, fans may also purchase mini-packs featuring spring training tickets to three games at Disney, including the Yankees game.
