Best Time to Go
Mild temperatures — not too hot, not too cold — typically make April a very popular month for visitors. Historically, that trend shows in theme park attendance. The first three weeks of the month at Disney World historically is very crowded — the last week attendance is moderate. The same holds true for most other theme parks and attractions.

Palm Beach International Film Festival (April 22-26, 2010) - This celebrity attended event showcases over 50 international films from over 20 countries.
Springing the Blues Festival (April 9, 10 & 11, 2010) - Thousands converge on Jacksonville each April for this free outdoor blues festival featuring performances from renowned blues artists.
Universal Orlando Mardi Gras (2010 Dates TBA) - Universal Orlando will be transformed into the "Big Easy" with its annual one-of-a-kind Mardi Gras celebration every Saturday night.
