Each cluster of units include two 1,889 square feet ground-floor, three-bedroom, three bath villas; one two-story, three-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath townhouse with a spacious 1929 square feet of living space; and, two second- and third-story four-bedroom/four-bath penthouses with 2,617 square feet of luxurious living space. Sea Chase units must be rented for a minimum of two weeks. Rates depend on the season and for the two weeks run from $5,000 to $8,000 February 1, 2006 through September 4, 2006 and $2,500 to $4,000 from September 5, 2006 through January 31, 2007. In season value rates apply to special event days, including Gator Bowl and Shrimp Festival. All prices are subject to a 9% tax and 1/2% reservation fee. A departure fee will be applied to all reservations.
Pets are not allowed. Concierge services are available.
