This particular unit was located at the south end of Sea Chase with tiled stairs next to the garage. A small porch located at the top of the stairs was large enough for a couple of rocking chairs. Summer Beach calls this a "penthouse" with the unit occupying the second- and third-floors of the building. There are balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on both floors. The balcony on the second floor is large enough to have entrances from two rooms — the dining room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom and bath, a second bedroom and bath, dining room, living area and kitchen occupy the second floor. Two more bedrooms and baths and a loft area are located on the third floor.
Of course, this is just representative of what a condo, townhouse, villa or penthouse might be like since each is individually and uniquely decorated.
