Orlando Science Center

Orlando Science CenterCompliments of Orlando/Orange Co CVB
Originally incorporated in 1955 as the Central Florida Museum and opening in Orlando's Loch Haven Park in 1960, the Museum has expanded and transformed itself into the Orlando Science Center with 207,000 square feet and multi-levels of ever-changing exhibits, a cinema dome and planetarium.

The Center is well-known for its hands-on exhibits that are irresistible to kids. For example, little ones can spend hours in KidTown farming faux oranges and exploring the underground or crawling through BodyZone, where they enter through a giant mouth.

Don't get the wrong idea and think it's just for kids. I'm always the last one wanting to leave.
