Candlelight Processional at Epcot
Celebrities Narrate the Traditional Christmas Story

As is the custom, a celebrity line-up will deliver the traditional Christmas story to guests during the Candlelight Processional at Epcot daily November 27 through December 30, 2009.

Candlelight Processional is part of the longtime Disney holiday tradition at Epcot "Holidays Around the World" celebration. The Candlelight Processional treats guests to a grand musical performance by a mass choir and an orchestra who are joined by celebrity narrators retelling the Christmas story.

Shows are at 5:00, 6:45 and 8:00 p.m. each evening at America Gardens Theatre. These 2009 celebrity narrators are currently scheduled to appear:

  • November 27-29 - Isabella Rossellini
  • November 30 & December 1-2 - John O'Hurley
  • Decmeber 3-5 - Steven Curtis Chapman
  • December 6-8 - Anika Noni Rose
  • December 9-11 - Andy Garcia
  • December 12-14 - Vanessa Williams
  • December 15-17 - Abigail Breslin
  • December 18-20 - Whoopi Goldberg
  • December 21-23 - Brian Dennehy
  • December 24-26 - Edward James Olmos
  • December 27-30 - Angela Bassett & Courtney B. Vance

Information

Presentations of Candlelight Processional are daily and are included with regular Epcot admission. Special Candlelight Processional dinner packages are available, which include dinner at an Epcot restaurant, plus preferred seating for the nightly choral performance will begin booking August 29, 2009.
