Stops on the trolley route include the Dick Greco Plaza Transportation Center, HSBC Station, The Tampa Tribune Station, Cumberland Avenue Station, York Street Station, Port Authority Station, Cadrecha Plaza Station, Streetcar Society Station, Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union Station, Centennial Park Station in Ybor City, and Whiting Station.

Currently these stops give riders access to mid-downtown Tampa, Tampa's St. Pete Times Forum, The Florida Aquarium, the Port of Tampa, Channelside entertainment district and Ybor City's historic district.

The streetcars run seven days a week, with extended hours on the weekend. A one-way fare is $2.50 or $1.25 for seniors 65 and older, youths (ages 5-17), disabled or Medicare cardholders. One day unlimited ride fare cards are $5.00 or $2.50 for the one-day discounted cards for those eligible. A new family all-day ticket for $12.50 is valid on the Streetcar only for two adults and three children or one adult and four children and is only available for purchase at streetcar ticket vending machines.
