Busch Gardens' Howl-O-Scream 2013

Evil Never Goes Out of Style at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

By

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will kick off its 13th season of gut-wrenching scares with Howl-O-Scream on two frightening preview nights — September 27 & 28 — and continue for an additional 12 nights in September and October. Known for its horrific spine chilling scenes and over-the-top and in-your-face haunted house experiences, Howl-O-Scream has become Tampa Bay's must-see Halloween celebration.

The grounds of the African-themed park transform into an arena of diabolical proportions, where voodoo spirits and horror reign supreme. Guest’s mental sanity and physical endurance are challenged and pushed to a place evil calls home.

Every year a horror theme is carried out throughout the park and in different haunted house experiences. This year the event will feature seven horrifying haunted houses, including the new Blood Asylum and Circus of Superstition 3-D. Back will be Ultimate Gamble: CONDEMNED, Nevermore, Zombie Mortuary, Alone (as in... can you make it out alone?) and Nightshade Toy Factory: MUTATION. Scare zones will include thirteen years of faded memories from past Howl-O-Screams that will converge to create the ultimate "best of" scares.

And, just when you thought you couldn't scream any louder... board a coaster for a bone-chilling ride through the darkness!
