There is plenty to see and do when you visit Disney World for Christmas. No matter how much fun you are having at the parks, you eventually need to slow down and grab a bite. Some of Disney's most beloved dining locations host Christmas dinner, featuring special seasonal menus. While not every theme park dining location offers a special Christmas menu, all restaurants will be open on Christmas Day.

The following Disney World theme park locations offer a special Christmas menu or meal:

  • Liberty Tree Tavern (Magic Kingdom): This location offers a Christmas menu for lunch and dinner on the big day.
  • Biergarten (Germany Pavilion, Epcot): Celebrate the season with a hearty brew and sample the Christmas menu at dinner or lunch in Germany.
  • Tutto Italia (Italy Pavilion, Epcot): Get a Christmas meal with authentic Italian flair for either lunch or dinner at this location.
  • 50's Prime Time Cafe (Disney's Hollywood Studios): Go back in time and let Mom dish up a helping of Christmas cheer for dinner.
  • Hollywood & Vine (Disney's Hollywood Studios): Enjoy a fun-filled Christmas lunch with your favorite Playhouse Disney characters at this location.
  • Tusker House (Disney's Animal Kingdom): Character dining plus Christmas cheer await you at this African-themed buffet dinner location.

The following tips will help you locate a great place to grab Christmas dinner in the Disney World theme parks:

  • Make a reservation: If you want to dine at a table service location, a reservation is a must. This is true of all the days at the end of December in Disney World, the parks and restaurants will be crowded.
  • Arrive on time: Take advantage of the Disney transportation system or drive your own vehicle and arrive at the designated location early. Show up late and you may lose your place in line!
  • Have a ticket: All of the Disney theme park restaurants require you to enter the park, so a valid ticket is a must.
  • Consider lunch: Some of the most difficult reservations to secure for Christmas day include the Cinderella's Royal Table, the Coral Reef and Le Cellier. If you want to dine at one of these locations, consider booking a lunch instead of a dinner.
  • Forgot to make a reservation?: Hit a counter service spot like Cosmic Ray's in the Magic Kingdom and have more time to enjoy the rides and attractions.
